If you rather have in depth one to one learning programme to the beginners guide to meditation, then i can assist you online or in person, for a 5 session pack. This will help you start your meditation journey.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please give me 24 hours notice. parking is availble on the drive. please attend the classes to the rear of the property in the studio.
