and the Profound Benefits of Meditation

My name is Anna. As an experienced Meditation & Anxiety Specialist and Life Coach. I have made it my mission to guide those that seek to connect to their inner joy, happiness and authentic self by applying meditation to their daily lives. 

I embarked on my meditation Journey five years ago, driven by a personal experience with Panic attacks,  Anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This life-altering event compelled me to seek nervous system healing through the practice of meditation. Meditation gave me the tools to a full recovery, along with some other tips.

I am now committed to teaching the beauty of the Present Moment, to be connected to one self and to the healing energy and beauty that is all around you. My purpose to help people also with anxiety disorder to a full recovery.

I aim to provide valuable insights, practical tips, and guidance to help you embark on your own meditation journey. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life, find inner peace, and unlock the potential for personal growth and healing, but most importantly awaken your soul.
