This course was a pleasure to be apart of, it made me stop in my tracks and take notice of the here and now. This course made me realise that i need to take more time out for self care.

I took meditation classes with Anna out of curiosity, and initially was unsure what I would gain from them. Anna was brilliant at explaining meditation, taking a slow approach helped me get into the routine easily, I would definitely recommend this course as it was really enjoyable.

Meditation has changed my life,
Working in a stressful job, I was beginning to feel overwhelmed. Thank you for teaching me this skill and making it so easy to pick up and understand. I would highly recommend Annas Method.
